By continuing to access the Web site, you agree to be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions. You should check from time-to-time to see if these have changed or not.

How does Red Kinetics protect your information?

When you complete an online application, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, and as required by the Privacy Act 1993, to prevent unauthorized access, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of any information that you have given us.

If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 30 days notice is required for all cancellations.
If you confirm a booking, then cancel it up to 14 days before the start date, you will be charged 50 percent of the corresponding service fee.
If you cancel less than 14 days before the start date, you will be charged the full fee. For training and or conference attendance, you are welcome to send substitutes. Refunds will be made in NZ dollars, OR by cheque sent to the applicant or the client if specifically requested in writing with the applicant’s/client’s signature, OR, under special circumstances, the refund will be paid directly into a nominated bank account.
No refunds will be given after commencement of services, conference and web site advertisement.
